Adam St. Denis is a Senior Project Manager within the Asset Planning department at Sound Transit, where he is the director of the Facility Condition Assessment Program. In addition to his condition assessment work, he supports data collection for newly constructed stations and track segments, and supports the Agency's State of Good Repair planning. He previously worked as a consultant, focusing on condition assessments and facility planning for colleges and universities, before making the jump into public transit. As a railfan who grew up on the East Coast, he continues take train trips whenever he can and very much enjoys working in the transit industry.

Steven Tuttle is a Right-of-Way Engineering Project Manager at Sound Transit. Steven grew up in the Seattle area and studied Civil Engineering at the University of Washington. He has been passionate about transit for many years and was inspired to pursue Civil Engineering after seeing the regional transformation with the opening of the University Link Light Rail extension while he was in college. He enjoys traveling to different cities and riding their transit systems as well as camping and hiking in the area. He was Vice-Chair of YPT Seattle last year and is looking forward to continuing to grow the organization in this upcoming year in a similar role.

Carlton Louie is an Associate Vehicle Systems Engineer at Sound Transit, where he supports rolling stock data, communication, and power systems while collaborating across disciplines to enhance the onboard passenger experience and guide fleet lifecycle planning. He previously worked as a traction power engineer at SFMTA in San Francisco, where maintaining the trolleybus overhead network fueled his passion for electrified transit technologies. Carlton studied Aerospace Engineering at The University of Arizona with a researching nuclear fusion energy before pursuing a career in public transportation. A lifelong transit enthusiast, he is dedicated to advancing environmentally sustainable and socially equitable mobility through vehicle technologies, and in his free time he enjoys rock climbing, cooking, reading, building his model railroad, and railfanning.

Day Job:Associate Vehicle Systems Engineer at Sound Transit

A lifelong lover of trains and public transit advocate, Henry currently serves as a Public Information Officer at Sound Transit. He received his B.A. in Political Science & French from Case Western Reserve University and his Masters in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. In Richmond, he worked for the nation's largest fare free bus system as the communications specialist, leading the campaigns to support the opening of Richmond's first ever Downtown Transfer Station for buses, writing and winning $5M in grant applications to support the extension of GRTC Route 1, and more. Today, he works at Sound Transit, supporting light rail operations, the Stride BRT program, and serving as a face of the agency on social media as @henryonboard.

Jonah Lorica is a Transportation Engineer at Fehr & Peers in Seattle. Born and raised in Hawaii, Jonah's firsthand experience with local transportation challenges sparked his passion for creating safe, equitable, and sustainable transportation systems. He earned his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and later completed a master's degree in Transportation Engineering at the University of Washington. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring transit networks, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and discovering new music to play on repeat. Jonah has been involved with YPT Seattle for two years and looks forward to welcoming more professionals to YPT as Director of Membership.

Andrew Armstrong is a transportation design engineer with SCJ Alliance. Andrew grew up in the Seattle area, moved to the east side of Washington to attend Walla Walla University for his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and then moved back to Seattle for work. He is passionate about increasing access to alternative modes of transportation throughout the Puget Sound. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys following Seattle's sports teams and searching for Seattle's best Thai restaurant.
