Tour of Mercer Street with Greenroads

Those who have been in Seattle during the past few years have witnessed the dramatic transformation of Mercer Street through South Lake Union. YPT Seattle joined Greenroads for a walking tour that offered and in-depth look at the planning, design, and construction elements that made the Mercer Corridor Project the highest scoring of any Greenroads Pilot Project. Our tour included a scavenger-hunt style audit, giving members an opportunity to put their knowledge to the test and identify sustainable feature along the street.
